Seehotel Enzian - Weissensee

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this luxurious 4-star hotel and I must say, it exceeded all my expectations. The location of the hotel, right by the lake, was absolutely stunning. I enjoyed waking up to the serene view of the water every morning. The service at this place was impeccable. From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel incredibly welcome and attended to my every need. Any comment I made, immediately was followed with additional suggestions and they even provided me with printouts of information on the best places to visit in the area. They were extremely friendly and always thinking one step ahead, anticipating what I might need. The room itself was very comfortable and had all the amenities I could ask for. The bed was cozy, there was a sitting area where I could relax, and a terrace where I could enjoy the fresh air. Everything was clean and well-maintained, and the room service was top-notch.

I would highly recommend this hotel to my family and friends.

The staff was extremely helpful, always going above and beyond to provide us with suggestions and information on the area. They even gave us printouts of recommended places to visit. the location of the hotel was also very convenient, with easy access to nearby attractions. the rooms were comfortable and clean, providing a pleasant and relaxing stay.

We experienced some difficulty when trying to arrange dinner in-house as we did not have a reservation. the staff did their best to assist us, finding us a table at a nearby restaurant.

Throughout our stay, the staff were always friendly and offered many suggestions for activities and sightseeing in the area. They even provided us with a map and highlighted the key locations we might want to visit. the hotel's location was perfect - in close proximity to the city center and public transportation stops. We also enjoyed the daily breakfast, which offered a variety of options and was always fresh.

On our first night, we arrived late in the evening and were unable to have dinner in-house due to our lack of a reservation. Despite the inconvenience, the staff made an effort to find us a restaurant in the area and helped us make a reservation.
